Nice little course north of baltimore, with a lot of fun holes and a great friendly staff. Course was in very good shape. Would love to play again!

Course is not in as good of shape as it used to be. Most greens have significant burn-out spots. Number 11 is totally burnt out. Fairways are erratic. Some are in good shape, some are close shaved and some are up to an inch long. Tees are beat up pretty badly. Traps and rough are generally excellent. Snack bar is excellent but slow. Staff is friendly and helpful in all cases.

No idea what birdie and pizzle are talking about ... Geneva is the best bargain in Harford County! Sure, you can pay more elsewhere and get slightly better conditions, but for the $ this is the best venue in Harford County. The entire staff is friendly and the course continues to make improvements. Very playable golf course for all playing ablilities and very junior friendly. Great place to take your kids in the afternoon.

WARNING: Before reading this understand that I played the best round I've played all year. That having been said, read on! If you were planning a trip to Geneva Farms, here's a better idea. Call your Mother in Law, take her to lunch, then treat her to a shopping spree at Victoria's Secret! This course is in real bad shape. The tee boxes are chewed up, the fairways are grassless for the most part, the bunkers are infested with bees, and the greens had bare spots and some even had holes you could hide your foot in! I wrote an email to the "powers that be" about having to pay full rates to play the course and received a reply stating that all the courses in the area are having a problem with the lack of rain. Well, I've played The Wetlands, (see review) and Pleasant Valley, both of which are just minutes from this course and they were both in primo shape. Like I said earlier, if your golf buddies mention this course, do yourself a favor and take the few extra minutes to drive to either The Wetlands in Aberdeen, MD or Pleasant Valley in Stewartstown, PA. You'll be glad you did. CIAO

Every time I've been there(unfortunately I had to play there) the staff has been unfriendly, slow pace of play, very poor conditions, and over priced. I've never seen this course in any decent shape. It is in need of some serious maintenance.

Excellent Conditions! The starter was super friendly and gave some great tips about the holes on the course. The course has well kept wide open fairways (I didn't even lose a ball). Very challenging greens, lots of fun.

This is a great beginner / intermediate course. Extremely forgiving from the tees. Greens were in OK condition, but the slope and pin placement were the real challenges. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly, especially at the turn.

This course was unbelievable for the money. I played here on a weekday morning. The course is a little shorter than most, but was in impeccable condition. The best part was the cost. For 30bucks, you got greens fees, cart rental, a sandwich, a fountain drink, chips, and coffee. I highly recommend this course for people looking for new courses to play.
